  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

  • We will process and ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If your return is approved, you will be notified via email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


4. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
